  3. Purchase your deed, and then a page will load with a link to your finished document.

Your deed will be printed as a clean, crisp PDF document meeting all state of Arizona court requirements.

NOTE: Every Deed must be recorded with the County Recorder's Office where the real property is located. Recording information can be found here.

Note that there is an additional fee if you are submitting an Affidavit of Value with a Deed.
